Margaret graduated from the Northern Ireland School of Chiropody, Belfast in 1983 where she obtained a Diploma in Chiropody and subsequently graduated from Edinburgh University with a degree in Podiatric Medicine. She commenced practising within Northern Ireland Health Service where she is still employed on a part time basis in a specalist role treating mainly "High Risk" Patients.
Margaret is registered with the Health Professions Council as a podiatrist. Her registration number is CH08549.
Margaret is also a member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists. Her membership number is 9576.
